7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-road driving, or any activity deemed hazardous. Transporting dangerous materials, sub-letting to others, or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding established passenger or weight limits, and operating outside designated geographical areas without prior consent are also violations of our terms.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Limitations
